Trust me, I hate that answer just as much as you. We want the easy answer, a different answer… a secret loophole, a shortcut, ANYTHING but that.
But my dear, unfortunately, it doesn’t work like that.
In fitness, in health, in relationships, in every aspect of life...
You reap what you sow.
you can choose to let it be easy.
Match your intention, belief, and (aligned) action, & you will create what you want.
Sometimes the things we resist the most are also the things that we need to focus on the most. Your subconscious wants to keep you “safe”, aka STUCK, & will self -sabotage in sneaky ways.
So when you find yourself resisting doing that thing you KNOW is in your favor… writing that blog, getting your butt to the gym, doing the things that will propel you forward, instead of keeping you where you're at…
Get into alignment, & JUST START.
Start the momentum.
One step at a time, and before you know it, you will have met that goal.

So ask yourself, What is something you feel resistance to?
