WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT THE TRUTH.
Do you ever have those days where you wake up & believe your own bullshit? Do you ever feel so overwhelmed that you talk yourself right out of your dreams?
I have those days where I wake up and feel overwhelmed with the work I need to do. (This morning being one of them...) I look around & see that I'm not where I want to be yet... Or worse, where I "SHOULD" be. I see all the things that I need to do, that haven't been done yet. That have been sitting there "to do", for what feels like forever.... shit, I've actually come to believe that I probably just won't get it done, because I haven't managed to do it yet. So WHY should I believe myself to do them now? I actually start to believe my own bullshit.... that I'm NOT capable, that I’m NOT good enough, that I’ll never make it, so why even try???
We allow ourselves to listen to that negative tape in our heads, but all that does is reinforce those thoughts, until we accept it as a truth.
But let me tell you girl.... It is a lie.
The voice in your head is a liar.
Hear me girlfriend.... What you see around you now, is NOT evidence of your future. It is evidence of your past beliefs and actions.
The Law of Cause & Effect tells us that we are living at the effect of whatever we are putting into our cause. What you see around you in this present moment is an artifact of what you believed at the time of cause. The problem is that we take what we see in the present moment as the TRUTH of what we are capable, or deserving of. BUT that is NOT the truth.
If you continue to believe that what you see is what you get, you will continue the same cycle of creating more of the same effect.
YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE CAUSE TO CHANGE YOUR EFFECT.
So… Today, How can we choose to see things differently? KNOW that what you are seeing now is not necessarily going to be in your future…unless you CHOOSE it to be there.
Remember, YOU get to fucking decide.
You are WORTHY of having it all.
You were given your dreams for a reason. They are yours to create, if you want to.
Breathe, tell the fear voice in your head to shut up, connect back to who you are, & how you choose to show up.
